Taking a break from cell tower madness, I thought I’d comment on this.

I lived in Hoboken for a while in the 90’s. It was a fun place to live as long as you didn’t have a car that needed parking or kids.

But it had a reputation (and judging by all of the Hudson county stories in the past couple years it still deserves) of being mercilessly corrupt, and the “On the Waterfront” thing only enhanced the perception of its very real underworld connections.

If they found a gun in the Rahway, it would be a little disconcerting, but since it’s Hoboken it makes the gun in the river story kind of quaint.

What disturbed me the most? The guy who caught the thing admits to having fished in the Hudson almost every day for the past 30 years.
