If you’d like to see the Cranford Chronicle page of NJ. com updated more than once a month…here’s an idea – why don’t you PAY somebody to do it?
There’s an old expression that goes “You get what you pay for” and we all like getting free stuff, but there are a lot of people out there in this economy looking for jobs! I have done plenty of work for no pay over the years, but when the end of the month comes my creditors want to be paid with MONEY!
I appreciate your sentiment. I am an entrepreneur too and I know too well about doing work for free.
But first let me enjoy the irony of a sarcastic comment about free information made on my blog which doesn’t even have any Google ads.
I’m a Cranford Chronicle print subscriber, and maybe nj.com should have a special login for us subscribers to see all of the paper when it is published. (WSJ does) And keep in mind that the nj.com folks charge for banner ads, which provide revenue, while they provide static and stale content. Stale online content isn’t going to incent many of us to buy the dead-tree version of the paper.
